A: Hector means *talking* to somebody in an angry way, and it is usually done by a more powerful person, like a boss to an employee or a parent to a child. Bully means to be mean to somebody, and it can be verbal but it can also be physical, and it is more commonly used to describe behavior between people who are similar in age.

A: I think you mean heckle. Heckle means to interrupt someone speaking or performing by laughing at, making fun of, or yelling at them. Threaten means to actually say you are going to hurt someone and mean it. The person would be afraid.

A: It is used very rarely and only in complex academic or newspaper/magazine writing (advance level). It’s not a commonplace word.
