“She is so considerate! She brought me food when I was sick!”

“Gracious” is used to describe someone who is well-mannered, elegant, and kind.

“She is a lovely and gracious woman.”

"Light pole" makes me think of a taller, plain, metal light pole used along a street or parking lot. I usually just refer to the light poles that line a street as "street lights."

"Lamp post" makes me think of something more decorative or shorter. Maybe you'd find this in front of a house, a garden, or a walking area.

Then there are flood light poles which are the very bright kind used in perhaps a higher security area or a sports field. I'd just call those "flood lights."

My overall association is:
Light = more basic
Lamp = more decorative
Pole = taller
Post = shorter
