I had lower back pain and I fixed it by laying down on a hard floor and rolling. You start on your stomach and roll over to your back and you never let your legs or arms touch the ground. After about 2 or 3 weeks of doing this I felt way better. It's obviously low risk so you don't have much to lose if it doesn't work! :) [p.s. I am not a doctor, but it worked for me!]
