"Stroll" means a carefree walk, like maybe with your dog or in a park.
"Saunter" is an arrogant walk. If you've seen American western movies, it's like when the man walks into the bar and everyone turns to look at him.
"Amble" is a walk without any clear goal, maybe like someone who is lost. Also, "Wander" and "Mosey".
"I ambled around the station area for 30 minutes before I found the restaurant."

"Prance" is kind of a silly word. I imagine sort of skipping around. Saunter is more like cool and intimidating.
