How to choose the best mode of transport in Tokyo?
i want to visit divercity/gundam, ghibli and the imperial palace.

There are many railways in Tokyo. You can go to many tourist attractions by train. You should get a map of railways and metros.
Divercity and Gundam statue are near by Tokyo Teleport Station of Rinkai Line (or Daiba Station of Yurikamome Line).
The Imperial Palace is near by Tokyo Station (and there are many stations of metro around the Imperial Palace).
Ghibli is near by Mitaka Station, about 30 minutes from Tokyo Station by JR Chuo Line.
