Question about English (US)

All nations of UN are bound to follow the sanction-resolutions of Sec. Council against NKorea.

SKorea can not be an exception in this regard, and is not supposed to furnish or to aid any type of resources or funds, in whatsoever the situations, pursuant to the contents of the resolution.

However, the current SKorean Gov. sneakily violated this, and turned out rather supporting NK rogue regime’s persistence.

Stricly staying with the alliances and resoultions are the only way to draw some real changes in NKorea and make Unification Talks plausible.

does this sound natural?

(Natives Only, please.)

Please correct any unnatural parts /wrong expressions.

Thank you.
