Question about English (US)

What does A crappy chick-flick by myself. And a froyo with three too many toppings. The kind that I make you and your sister split. mean?

This is a scene from a TV show:

Single mom: I realized what I wanted wasn't a date.

Her son: Then what did you want?

Single mom: A crappy chick-flick by myself.
And a froyo with three too many toppings.
The kind that I make you and your sister split.

Her son: Aw, man!

I'm not really sure what this mom is saying she wants.

Does she want to watch a romance comedy alone?
Also, she wants to have froyo added many toppings?
I wonder why it would split her children, though.

Thank you.
