"Ten o'clock?"
"Sounds Good. If I have to roll on something, I'll call and reschedule."
I'm not sure what "roll on something" means, though my guess is that it's something about finding unexpected job to do.
Could anyone clarify this for me, or rephrase it in another way?

I'd suggest using the phrase "If I have something else going on..." in place of "roll on something"
