「take sleep」じゃなくて、「get sleep」の方が自然ですね。よく聞く文章は: "Make sure to get enough sleep (or rest) and nutrients."

You can the nutrients but you can't take sleep.
You should say "have enough sleep and take your nutrients"

Yes, you can take nutrients (in pill form for example), but I interpreted her sentence to mean getting nutrients naturally from eating well. ;)
