For example, if someone asked you, “Would you like a soup or a salad?” you can reply with “Either or.” This implies you are okay with whichever one they give you. That is one definition. It is like the “양쪽 어느” part of the phrase “거리 양쪽 어느 곳에 주차해도 된다.”

Another definition could be the same as “too.” So if a friend says “I haven’t done the math homework,” you could respond with “I haven’t done it either.” (“Me neither” is a natural response to that one as well.)
