「自分」は基本的に口語では主語として使いません。
例文:a「誰か財布を落としているよ」
b「それ自分のです」
「自身」はだいたい人称代名詞と組み合わせます。
例: 彼自身、彼女自身、私自身
例文:「私の人生を決めるのは私自身だ」
「自ら」は「自身」と使い方が似てますが、厳密には「自ら」は自分から率先して何かをする という意味があります。
英語で例えると、「自分」はmine、「自身」はoneself 、「自ら」はbe willing toですね。
