Isn't it お会いしたい？
お indicates polite expression and some words attached with polite お can make する verb.
お会い＋する
お聞かせ＋する
お伺い＋する
お見せ＋する
Therefore 会いたい is normal pattern of expression while お会いしたい is polite expression pattern.
