old rotary telephones used to be hung on hooks (hence the term "hang up")
ringing off the hook means it's ringing a lot, either a lot of calls or just ringing for a long time (with the figurative implication that it will come off that hook)
snooze is the feature on your alarm clock that lets you sleep in for five more minutes.
I'm guessing the juxtaposition is due to some unclear wordplay in some rap song, right?
