@mywing2344 It's reasonably long. You could shorten it, like "In my teen years , my negative attitude (/my negativity) caused me to struggle a lot, more than if i would have had a positive attitude", but i think your sentence is fine, it's not too long to be hard to follow. You can also change one of the "attitude"s to "outlook" so you don't repeat yourself.

@_iara_ Does it sound too wordy? I know it's not a short sentence. But I guess it's reasonably long. Haha~ If you think like that, do you think I can change some words in the sentence and say,

I am bilingual because although i am from LA, my mother is romanian and she taught me how to speak the language since i was young. I can also speak a little german and spanish. Now i am trying to learn korean but i'm only a beginner.
