I’ll have a hamburger. I would like and can I have ? also works. The last 2 sound more polite.

@julietlimatango one more question, if I’m with a group or my family and I’m ordering food for them too, would it be “can we have?”, or “can I have” is okay?

@Caio_Costa At a fast food restaurant you can use either one. At a sit down restaurant, can we have implies that what you are asking for is being shared by everyone at the table. If you asked the server, can we have some napkins they would bring enough for everyone at the table. But if you asked, can I have a napkin they would only bring one for you.
