The correct English sentence would be "I am a boy born on October the 28th of 2003" and in French it would be "je suis un garçon né le 28 octobre 2003" even though it isn't natural to say it this way we're more likely not to precise our gender .. In any language it seems a bit strange so we would simply say "je suis né le 28 octobre 2003" "né" (born) will automatically specify your gender if you were a girl you would write it "née" with "e" at the end
