If there are four girls in your family including you, you can say “yonin shimai desu (4人姉妹です).
If you have older and younger sisters, you can say “ane to imouto ga sannin imasu (姉と妹が3人います).
If you are either the youngest (or oldest), you can say “ane (imouto) ga sannin imasu (姉(妹) が3人います).
You can of course start these sentences with “watashi wa” as well.
