Devoir a un sens plus urgent que falloir qu’on utilise plus pour le futur

falloir is more like "should do" or "have to do" and devoir is "must do"

and you can only use falloir with "il", while you can use "je, tu,il, nous, vous,ils" with devoir. ex: Il faut acheter...., je dois acheter...
