Question about English (US)

(I'm writing a letter to a Trains Company in the UK in which I talk about the horrible state of their trains and ask them for a refund)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of the terrible state in which the trains of your esteemed company have been found in the section between Bristol and London, during my last journey. Let me get straight to the point: I was given an outrageous service and I certainly hope you will consider a full refund as first option, in order to fulfil your abbligations as Company trains' director.
does this sound natural?
