Question about English (UK)

What is the difference between wifey, hubby and wife, husband?
Feel free to just provide example sentences.

If a wife says "My hubby is..." then, native English speakers guess the couple are more lovey-dovey than when she says "My husband is..."?
My dictionary says...when couples are lovey-dovey, they use the words "wifey""hubby"
It sounds implausible to me though...ๆœฌๅฝ“ใงใ™ใ‹๏ผŸ๏ผŸ๏ผŸ
