"Estoy seguro de que estás bien con ellos" : estás asegurando que la persona está bien con ellos.
"Salta a la vista que estás bien con ellos" : que se nota que la persona está bien con ellos.
Es casi lo mismo pero la primera es cuando estás totalmente o muy seguro y la segunda es cuando tu piensas que está bien con ellos, "Salta a la vista" se refiere a que lo dices por lo que ves.

El primero es formal.
El segundo es ligeramente informal. Pero, al menos en México, no decimos tanto "salta a la vista que...". Decimos más a menudo "luego luego se (ve/nota) que..." (es el mismo sentido).
Luego luego se (ve/nota) que estás a gusto con ellos.
Luego luego se (ve/nota) que estás bien con ellos.
Pero "luego luego" es bastante informal. Para expresar la misma idea, pero de manera formal, puedes decir "de inmediato".

@Goku-de-DB estoy seguro de que estás bien con ellos y salta a la vista que estás bien con ellos son oraciones similares que significan lo mismo. ejemplo: "te quiero" y "te adoro" espero te halla servido😄
