It sounds good :) If I were to change it slightly I’d say-
So, I decided to take you to Italy.
The camera crew's ready. We leave tonight.
Or
So, i decided to take you to Italy.
camera crew's ready we would leave tonight if everything goes according to plan.

Not really both sound good and natural
“We will” sounds like a definite thing that will happen no matter what
Using “we would” implies a that there could be more to say or a condition that may arise to cause you or the person your talking to not to leave tonight.

For emphasis only or to save time. It doesn’t always work to use the present tense when talking about the future but in this situation it does work because we are talking about fixed/definite plans.
