You can say (polite way) : "C'est très énervant !!"
or (impolite) "C'est très chiant !!".

Agaçant also can be used to describe something that bothers you. It's a synonym. "C'est très agaçant !!" .
"Ça me fait chier" could be translated as "It pisses me off". Derien :)

I think people are more used to ear "Énervant". Consider this as a power scale to describe that you are annoyed (From least to most) :
Ennuyant (boring) > Contrariant (upsetting) > Énervant (annoying) > Chiant (irritating or really annoying)
