I don't know exactly what '책임님' means. but,
네, 전 오늘 근무했습니다. OO님(담당님, 매니저 님, 과장님, 팀장님, 사장님 etc)은 오늘 근무하셨습니까? 아니면 아직 휴가중 이십니까?

Can I ask a question? What is 책임님? Cause in Korea, we don’t say that word.

@juyounggg @cndicchang Good question... I also want to reconfirm the word '책임님'
One of my korean clerks said it's a combination of 차장님 + 과장님 = 책임님 which is more general for all position?

Oh.. really? I’ve never heard 책임님.. Mostly we normally call 차장님 or 과장님.
- Korean
then, they could be called as 책임자. but as juyounggg5 said, we don't call somebody in those positions like that. That word could be only used in any paper or report. ex) 그 인사업무 책임자는 ooo 과장/차장/부장...이다.

@cndicchang 아, 알 겠어요. 정말 감사합니다~ Then I will choose the more natural way. ^^

we have another word, 담당. This word could be used both as title name(who handle with specific tasks in the company or government office) and as with similar meaning with 책임자.(usually with '-자', 담당자)
When 담당 is used as a title name, we would call 담당님.
