これだけ見ない means you see everything except for this.
これしか見ない means you only see this.

これだけ見る →You can say it.
■これしか⾒ない。
これしか見る。→You can not say it.It doesn't make sense.
「しか」... including negative feeling.
EX. 私はケーキがだいすき。毎日ケーキだけ食べたい!。
EX. 今日は水しか飲んでいない。(おなかすいたなぁ。。。)
