Maybe you want to use the words “届く” “伝わる” when expressing feelings.
I think that 届く means “reach” in English.
Eg)「君の気持ちは届いたよ!」
(=Your feeling reached to my heart.)
And 伝わる means “be conveyed” in English.
Eg) 「君の気持ちは伝わったよ!」
(=Your feeling was conveyed to my heart.)
Finally let me apologize for my poor English.
