How do u feel as a native speaker when someone english is not his/her mother tongue speak english as if he/she was a native speaker like speaking english with american accent but sometimes pronounces the word like weird to hear?

I think that's normal and I sort of love it, because I enjoy the linguistics of how words are pronounced

Personally I'm impressed when that happens. It's hard to speak as if someone is a native speaker. If someone pronounces a word differently, it just shows his/her accent. Most Americans love it.
