じ and ぢ are pronounced ji.
ず and づ are pronounced zu.
つ is pronounced tsu, unaspirated version of zu.
We don't tell them in each pair when we pronounce them, but when writing in hiragana we distinguish them by meaning.
For example, 地, which means ground, is written ち or じ in hiragana.
血, which means blood, is written ち or ぢ.
Distinction between じ and ぢ, and ず and づ is really complicated and even Japanese people sometimes make mistakes.
