Question about English (US)

With great power comes great responsibility.

this is a variation of "great responsibility comes with great power". it adds to the emotion of the speaker.

but I believe that kind of inversion in a sentence doesn't work for every situation and every sentence.

if i use reverse word order in other situations, I would sound like a yoda from startrek.

with great power comes great responsibility-this is ok and not yoda-sounding bc it's a set phrase. so as a foreigner learning english, I just have to memorize that set phrase.

am i right??
