原画の人の場合、何と呼ぶのかわかりませんが、｢ペンネーム｣や｢ハンドルネーム｣だとしたら、自分でそう名乗る人がいる可能性は0ではないと思います。
まぁ、状況を考えると、記事に書いてある通り、｢正直、困った｣という本音を密かに書いていた可能性がありますね。
