昔の:過去にあったもの、今はもうない
昔ながらの:過去から今にいたるまで
昔の住宅:
過去に使われていた住宅。今は使われていない(または存在しない)
昔ながらの住宅:
昔からある家で、今も使われている。
昔の習慣:
過去に行われていた習慣。今は存在しない。
昔ながらの習慣:
過去から現在にいたるまで(多少は変更されているかもしれないが)ずっと続いている習慣
