If you mean "I didn't change, but someone said you changed", it would be 私が変わったって言うの?. But if you wanted to change and someone told that you changed (as you wanted), we would say 私、本当に変わった?(嬉しい!).

@nice_j I actually wanted my sentence to sound more casual and informal. Formal one would be 私は本当に変わったんですか?Right?
