I felt sick and mentally fatigued yesterday, so I got a day off work. I was sleeping all day long and tried to loosen my mind by practicing mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation is famous for being practiced at Google and other companies, but it is originally based on Asian Zen and other tradition, so it is familiar to me and easy to practice. I tried to be aware of my breath and just spent breathing for a long time in my bed. Then, my mind gradually became calm and I felt as if I were in perfect silence. It was a very relaxing experience. I will continue to this practice in future. does this sound natural?
