I did journaling for the first time in two months yesterday. Journaling is a method of mindfulness training, which you write down everything that has popped in your mind. Journaling has the same effect as meditation. Moreover, the record remains like a diary. So you can remember the progress of your mindfulness training later. It is not only useful for training but also interesting.
The first two months of journaling taught me that I am happier than before. I want to be more happy by continuing my mindfulness training.
