I did journaling for the first time in two months yesterday. Journaling is a method of mindful training which you write down everything that has popped into your mind. Journaling has the same effect as meditation, likewise, the record remains like a diary. you can also remember the progress of your mindful training later. Journaling can also spark an interest in a person’s ideas, therefore it’s a useful method to process one’s thoughts.
The first two months of journaling taught me that I can be a happier person than before. I want to be a more happier person by continuing my journaling.
