I baked muffins for White day at first time.
I thought that it was the easier recipe if I compare with another sweets I had ever cooked.
But it was a little difficult to put pastry into muffin pan cups.
It means that it's about the technic to do it but it's especially what you have to care about quantity of pastry.

I baked muffins for White Day for the first time.
I thought that it was (an easier/the easiest) recipe when compared to other sweets I had made before.
But it was a little difficult to pour the batter into the muffin pan cups.
Not only does it require (finesse/technique), but you also have to worry about the amount of batter, since the muffins will expand in the oven.
