Question about English (US)

Japanese working condition is terrible. It is natural for Japanese to be overtime. This is well known to people in other countries and they usually say “why don’t you change job?”. However, this problem is so complicated. Japanese generally have strong sense of responsibility and prefer to conform. Labors are scared of envies of their co-workers and getting offended their superiors, so they hesitate to leave on time and take paid leaves although they get cold. Japanese companies exploit those national characters. politicians also say we are diligent to justify those situations. Nothing is changed unless leaders would be changed. does this sound natural?
