The expression "the nearest section to downtown." sounds better to me than "the nearest section from downtown." With most beautiful, you need an adjective like "the". I chose "one of the most beautiful", since I don't think you meant to say that the section is "the most beautiful section". Most is a 'superlative'. There can only be one 'most beautiful section'. In Chinese it doesn't have the same meaning.
