At the bus stop, someone would say,
"Here comes the bus." or "Here is the bus."
Why isn't it like "Here the bus comes"or "Here the bus is"?

At the restaurant, someone would say
when she sees her friend coming to the table,
"Here she comes." or " Here she is"
Could it be as "Here comes she" or " Here is she"?
