1) it's just slang and it's a (slightly) faster way of expressing the same thing. Plus, in some accents, "want to" sounds like "wanna" when speaking in casual conversations.
2) "I thought" is past tense, "I think" is present tense. For example, "I thought it was your bag" means that it was something that you did think, in the past. "I think it is your bag" means that it is something that you do currently think, in the present.

1) ain't means (am not, is not, are not and don't like I don't, he doesn't etc)
example: I ain't a teacher ( I am not a teacher)
I ain't like black (I don't like black)
gonna means (going to)
I'm gonna make dinner

wanna means (want to)
I wanna go out for a walk
(I want to go out for a walk)
