Question about English (US)

In our society, most people think the competition is inevitable. In every society, But in some schools, they try to avoid competition as an educational consideration.Or in some contests, they give the same prize to all exhibitors.
Should we avoid competition as an educational consideration?
I think that competition should not be avoided on this issue.
At first, from the viewpoint of loser, it may be better not to be informed of the outcome of the competition. But then they can not grow.An environment where people don't have to do anything makes their lazy. That's more serious for people than regretting defeat.
Next, from the viewpoint of winner, they will want to know the outcome of competition. If their effort is not rewarded, people would lose their motivation, that's the worst thing we shouldn't let a child do.
As a result of thinking from two viewpoints,I thought that competition should not be avoided.
Does this sound natural?
