Question about English (US)
Generally speaking, the Japanese governmental agency and other institutions are very strict to their own sectionalism. That make themselves less competitive than other countries in many areas. For example, we are behind South Korea in terms of 5G networks. When it comes to space developments, the Japanese government seems to be not that interested in the industry because the industry hasn’t produced any tax for them compared to other major industries like automobile manufacturers. You know, they say like “no risk, no return” but due to the very conservative business manners, Japanese executives are not willing to take risks. The tremendous pressures from shareholders also influence this does this sound natural?
