Question about English (US)

Did you know how mosquitos bite and suck blood? They have a very thin, long mouth inside of which lies a needle. This needle consists of even thinner six needles each of which has a distinct role. The outer most two needles have zig-zags on their surfaces which help make a cut into the human's skin. Another needle discharges liquid that prevents the blood from coagulate. The liquid also works as anesthesia and prevents the person from noticing the bite. Then, a relatively thick needle is inserted to suck blood, while the other two needles are working to prevent the blood from leaking. Does this sound natural?
