Question about English (US)

(Please fix the awkward part, and make it more polite.)

I have several questions about financial guarantees and visa issuance.
I'm South Korean. And as far as I know, South Korean nationals can enter Germany without a visa. Is this true?
Can I issue a student visa after I enter Germany?

And if I can get a visa after I enter Germany, how should I prepare a financial guarantee for it?
I know I need to get a financial guarantee or open a Sperrkonto, and then do I must open a Sperrkonto in Korea in advance?
And if I open a Sperrkonto, another financial guarantee would not be neccesary?
Please let me know how should I prepare for visa.

I'm sorry for asking so many questions.
As always, thank you for your support.

does this sound natural?
