What is the difference between كفاية and كفاية بعد ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

بعد could mean "yet" or "after"
we can use it to say "not enough yet" but we use "كافية"
ex: كمية المياه ليست كافية بعد ... the amount of water isn't enough yet.

the difference here between them is:
1// كفاية is an adverb used to modify an adjective
2// كافية is an adjective

ex 1: he is old enough to work: هو كبير كفاية لكي يعمل
ex 2: I didn't have enough time ... لم يكن لدي الوقت الكافي
.. I didn't have enough courage ... لم تكن لدي الشجاعة الكافية

ps: if you want to use it for emphasis use "يكفي" or "كفى"
ex: enough crying !! ... كفى بكاءا / يكفي من البكاء
