Question about Japanese

So I'm taking a final exam for my Japanese class, and for the oral examination I have to come with a few questions prepared. So I'm just wanting to check if my questions are expressing what I'm actually trying to say, sound natural, etc. Thanks in advance!

こどもがいますか。
(Trying to say: Do you have kids?)

せんせいのまちにたくさんひとがいますか。
(Are there a lot of people in your town?)

せんせいのいえはここのちかくですか。
(Is your house near here?)

たいていなんじにしごとにいきますか。
(What time do you usually go to work?)

Thanks for your help!
