I have question about usage of which and where

Which area do you live in?
→I live in near bla bla
Question 1 :If I use "which", A noun (area) and preposition (in) are needed, right?

Where do you live?
Question 2 : If I use "where", A noun (area) and preposition (in) are NOT needed, right?

How about this?
This is the city (which/where) I was grew up.
Question3 : Can I use both which and where in the sentence?
