Question about English (US)

What is the difference between “Today’s phrase(word)” and “Phrase(Word) of the day”?
Feel free to just provide example sentences.

I try to learn English phrases(words) at least one per day.

Can you tell me which one should I use and which one sounds natural?

Thank you.
