Question about English (UK)

It took me more than three hours to figure out the difference about the name of cream contained a lot of fat!
That's called "heavy cream" in American English. It's same in Canada. "Double cream" is British English. That's called "thickened cream" in Australia.
In Japan, it's called 生クリーム, and Japanese people seem to think it's called "fresh cream" in English!💦
I hope I'm right!🙏✨
does this sound natural?
