I went to my dentist and had one darkened tooth of mine pure white. I'm happy. Does this sound natural?

It's a bit difficult to understand.
"One darkened tooth of mine" should probably be "my stained tooth" or "one of my stained teeth".
Also, grammatically, you need a verb before "pure white".
So: "(turned) pure white."
"I went to the dentist and had my stained tooth turned pure white."
However, while the sentence is now grammatically correct, it still sounds a bit weird.
I think it works a bit better as two sentences.
"I went to the dentist and got my stained tooth cleaned! It's completely white now!"
